We aim to work without taking your site offline, and we tell you before any step that could affect it.
How does no fix, no fee work?
If we cannot fix the problem we agreed on, you do not pay. It does not apply to monthly maintenance or retainer plans, and not where the cause is outside our control, such as your hosting provider, a plugin developer, an expired license, access we are not given, or a new different issue.
