Yes. We plan the move to keep downtime as low as possible, keep your current site running until the new one is checked, and test the site and email after the switch.
My domain expired. Can you get it back?
It depends on the registrar and how long ago it expired. We check the options with your registrar and tell you honestly what is possible.

How does no fix, no fee work?
If we cannot fix the setup problem we agreed on, you do not pay. It does not apply to monthly management, or where the cause is outside our control, such as a registrar or hosting provider that blocks the change, an expired or locked domain, or access we are not given.
